When a dog wags its tail at the right time and barks appropriately, the hunter feels comfortable. As much as the intention here is not to praise-sing this governor, it will be unfair to say he has not done right when he has made it open to the public that his government is trying to make electricity available to the public. What a great idea!

However, the public needs to know the following:

    1. Will the contact be implemented within a year?

    2. When will water flow like it used to be in 1960s and 1970s or better?

The government should always give clear and realistic message to the public.
